can you make angel delight with water instead of milk?

i know it would probably be a bit bland, but would it work?

Update:

libbyami-Angel Delight is a powdered dessert product, produced in the United Kingdom. It is designed to be mixed and whisked with milk to create a mousse-like sweet dessert. The name has become a generic term for similar types of dessert, of which there are now many varieties available. (from wikipedia)
