the language in the game seems to be be french but how do i change it into english

You can change the language only if you follow us.
1.Download this file from ( http://www.mediafire.com/?5tl1r114fjgbld3 )(copy & paste in your browser search bar)
2.Extract the file with extracting software(Do not use extract here)
3.The file contain 6 language pack
4.Copy the extracted TEXT named folder in the gta3 installation folder.
5.Replace the older TEXT folder.
example c:program filesgta3
After it launch the game go to the option and then change language and select which you need.
