  Try going online and typing in the exact model for the slow cooker. some people may have the instructions. or go online and find the manufacture, call them and they should have the instructions.

  One little tip to remember, DO NOT open the lid during cooking. That releases some of the heat and will add to your cooking time. There are loads of good recipes on the web, just go looking! Have fun with it, it is a great tool to have.

  Why do you need an instruction book ?

  Put some water in it, set it to high and see if the water heats up. If not then it is knackered. If it does then it works OK and you can go and buy a recipe book.
