  No, he is African American. He doesn’t look Somali and it’s obvious by his name (Sean Combs) that he isn’t. Combs and Sean are both European names in origin, which is common among African Americans and not among East Africans.

  Such a common rumour! His mother is African American and so is his dad, I think he gets his Somali look from his father, although there isnt a picture of him. I seen his mom and she is 100% AA.
