It asks the question:
If you are related to a director, or have a relationship with a director or employee of an appointing organisation, please state the relationship:
My fiancé is a staff nurse at the hospital I am applying for a job at, does that count?

I believe it will not count because in most job application cases the term “relationship” only count for your direct family members (parents, wife,Brothers and sisters)
