  hey sydney for sims 2 it was motherlode

  steps:

  1: press ctrl, shift, and C

  2: type EXPAND

  3: type motherlode as many times as u want (More times, MORE money)

  4: type EXIT

  YAHHHHH!!!

  There was a cheat in Sims 1 called that, but in Sims 2 a similar cheat is called: motherlode

  The rosebud cheat was for The Sims 1.

  It was changed to that after a patch.

  No rosebud was the cheat for just original sims

  the cheat now is: motherlode [Gives you 50,000]

  or if you just want a little bit of money type: kaching [1,000]

  familyfunds (Family’s last name) XXXX

  Alots any amount of money you desire to any sim family (remove parenthesis in the family’s last name and replace the XXXX’s with any amount you want)

  2 thats handy for me are map_edit on – lets you edit the ammount of space you can build on (DONT GO OVER THE ROAD) i did this and i couldnt get 2 work, get visitors, get mail etc) to turn it off, map_edit off delete_objects on – in build mode you can select ANYthing to delete, this includes mess, waterspills, plates, other people, mail, your letterbox (stops bills) and if you delete your player, if u click there icon they re-appear with full stats! (besides room, that depends on the room) great for skill building 2 turn off… delete_objects off
