What is a same day embargo appointment at the doctors surgery?

They rang me today and booked me an appointment. They said they needed to see me. I looked on their web site to see more details and it says “same day 7.00 embargo”.

    they have to keep some appointments clear for people contacting on the day and so these cannot be pre-booked
